The Fenix has risen again
Bet you all thought I was dead it’s been so long since I last blogged.
I’ve been so busy setting up my business and writing my stories got a pile to publish but at the moment just one for you lovely people to buy.
‘ONE DAY IN MAY’ hit the bookshelves near you yesterday.
It’s a real bargain at 10 GBP. Indigo in Canada and Amazon elsewhere are retailing it outside the UK.
If you like reading 18th Century social history and biographies or just want to get a feel of what life was like in Northern England warts and all then this is the book for you. There’s even an appendix for those who are unaware of Yorkshire English.
Highwaymen and other local characters abound. It’s suitable for your mothers or children to read depending on your age. So go on treat yourself or others to a rather unusual and perhaps unique offering.
You can also have a look at my newly launched website though it still needs some work doing to improve it, but I’m working on that.
78 years ago on the 24th of June this aspiring author entered this world and he isn’t planning to leave it any time soon. Just waiting for my dear American cousins to invite me over the pond to the Great US of A but I need a return ticket as my Capital is a bit low with all the publishing costs but that won’t stop me.
A sequel to ODIM is already written called,’THE DAY OF THE SPIDER’. The Black Widow spider had nothing on this girl our North Country Nellie. Not for the faint hearted or those easily offended. Humorous black comedy based on real 18th Century life in the raw.

Goodbye for now dear friends until we meet again, don’t know where, don’t know when, but I know we’ll meet again some sunny day.
